Service Update: Kingsley Infrastructure Validation in Progress

✅ Current Status: Services Restored & Under Active Validation

All core Kingsley services have been restored and are currently undergoing final validation:

What We're Doing Now

Our technical team is actively:

Testing end-to-end email delivery across all hosted domains
Validating cPanel functionality (accounts, backups, SSL)
Monitoring DNS propagation via global check tools
Running performance benchmarks on restored services
Preparing migration protocols for the new NAS deployment

Infrastructure Roadmap: New NAS Deployment

To strengthen long-term resilience:

✅ New NAS hardware has been ordered
Migration will be scheduled during off-peak hours (weekend/night window)
All clients will receive 48 hours' advance notice before any maintenance
Expected downtime during cutover: ≤15 minutes (if any)

No action is required from clients at this time.
